How do you handle payments?

When you purchase your bot, we place a temporary authorization on your credit card for the cost of the bot.
This may show up as a pending charge on your credit card account.

We process the authorization 24 hours after your bot carts successfully.

If your bot does not cart successfully, we reverse the authorization.
It may take 1 - 3 business days for the pending charge to disappear from your credit card account.

How do you handle refunds?

If we cart the wrong item or size, report a problem up to 24 hours after a release. We'll refund the cost of the bot, no questions asked.
